Membranous nephropathy

Membranous nephropathy is one of the most common types of nephrotic syndrome in adults .

Nephrotic syndrome is a group of clinical manifestations , and is not an independent disease name , as long as it is consistent with a large number of proteinuria ( 24 hours more than 3.5G ), hypoproteinemia ( serum albumin is less than 30g/L ) of these two conditions ,  it can be called nephrotic syndrome , nephrotic syndrome is often accompanied by high blood lipids , swelling and other manifestations .

Many types of disease , such as tiny lesions , diabetic nephropathy , FSGS and so on , both can lead to nephrotic syndrome , excluding secondary factors , primary accounted for about 75% of all membranous nephropathy and 80% of primary membranous nephropathy onset with nephrotic syndrome .
