Natural food that is good for the body


1.   Reducing blood fat food: Hawthorn, tea, lotus leaf, garlic, oat, maize,  mung bean, cucumber, onion, abyssal fish.
2.   Reducing blood pressure food: Celery, shepherd’s purse, crowndaisy chrysanthemum, the root of kudzu vine, chrysanthemum.
3.    Lower blood sugar food:  Bitter gourd, bitter, grapefruit, tartary buckwheat, konjak, pumpkin.
