Thrombus: the most dangerous moment of Nephrotic
Syndrome. How do we find that we have the thrombus in time? Look at the
following six points:
1.
Skin stiffness and
hyperpigmentation, swelling and superficial varicose veins;
2.
Decreasing of lower
limb skin temperature;
3.
The gap whose thigh
circumferences of two lower limbs is greater than 0.5cm, it is highly suspected
it is thrombus;
4.
The blood flow is
poor during transfusion and blood coagulated too quickly after blood
extraction;
5.
Unexplained
hemoptysis or dyspnea;
6.
On one side of the
body cannot move suddenly;
We should treat quickly if we have the thrombus and
cannot delay, or else, once the thrombus clogs our heart, maybe we will die…..
